Paula R. Willuweit is a licensed attorney concentrating in the areas of divorce, post-decree issues, probate and estate planning in Cook, DuPage, Will and surrounding Counties.

Paula graduated, with honors, from James Madison College at Michigan State University in 2010 where she received her Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Social Relations and Policy and Women and Gender Studies.

Paula received her Juris Doctorate, Magna Cum Laude, from Michigan State University College of Law in 2016, with a Certificate in Child and Family Advocacy. While in law school, Paula was a participant in a dual-degree program and received her Master of Social Work degree in 2015. Additionally, Paula participated in the Chance at Childhood Legal Clinic and was an active member of Phi Alpha Delta.

During law school, Paula clerked for the Honorable Thomas Byerley in the Probate division of the Circuit Court of Eaton County, Michigan, and interned with the Civil Rights Bureau in the Office of the Illinois Attorney General. Paula gained hands-on experience as an intern at the Legal Aid Society in Chicago where she utilized her 711 law license to represent victims of domestic violence in divorce proceedings.

Paula joined Anderson and Associates, P.C. in 2016 as a Chicago Bar Association 4L Fellow, and was hired as an associate attorney in 2017. Paula is an active member of the legal community and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, DuPage County Bar Association, and Women’s Bar Association of Illinois.
